Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Mr. Hamberg is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. He has training in infant mental health, pre-school play therapy, school age behavior, as well as adult and family treatment. He has 42 years of work experience with families and children, particularly the young child.

Mr. Hamberg is a seminar presenter in the areas of : early child development, Attachment, Early childhood trauma, and the roots of childhood violence, K-12.

Mr. Hamberg is “officially retired”, however he still maintains a small private practice, and currently supervises several Home visiting programs in Reflective Supervision, and consults with area pre-school programs setting up behavior intervention plans for raging children.

He has authored a book entitled: “ATTACH ME IF YOU CAN” which can be found on Amazon.
