401: Vendor Requirements: The WIC Shopping Experience

The goal of the Vendor presentation is to provide Local Agency staff with an overview of Vendor responsibilities (as defined by the WIC Vendor Contract and State and Federal policies) and the role of the Vendor Relations and Program Integrity Units within the Department. Our hope is that by improving Local Agency understanding of what is and is not required of Vendors, staff will be better equipped to train and prepare clients for the WIC shopping experience. This session will also offer an opportunity to cultivate Vendor/Local Agency relations and will offer ample time for questions.
